Ministries of woodsEnd

Edgewood Christian Preschool and Kindergarten:  Since 1984, Edgewood Christian School has served the Edgewood community with quality Christian education while keeping the costs as affordable as we can.  We currently have grades K3, K4 and K5 and use ABeka curriculum for all grades.  Come by and see us, or call 281-5091 today!  Go to the Edgewood Christian School and ECS pages for more information.

Children’s Ministries:  Our dedicated Children’s Staff is led by our long-time Children’s Pastors Gary and Sheryl Cerveny.  For over 15 years, this husband and wife team has dedicated themselves to young people in the service of Jesus!  wE love children here at woodsEnd, and would love the opportunity to bless your family through our children’s ministry.

Youth Ministry:  Our young and vibrant youth staff is composed of several young couples who have been with woodsEnd since they themselves were in “the youth group”!  Matthew and Ashley Koger provide leadership and vision for the team, and have dedicated themselves to this work as they also raise a young family of their own.  Your teens will be welcomed warmly, and just maybe teased a little once we get to know them–but all in good fun!  It is a priority for our Youth Ministry to study and teach the Bible and to lead young people into their own relationship with Jesus.

Women’s Ministry:  Our women’s ministry is led by a very dedicated wife and mother, Crystal Caward.  Meetings are posted on the calendar on this site.  Currently we meet monthly for live worship and teaching and fellowship.  Crystal is teaching a series  called Charmed by God emphasizing Jesus as our primary relationship.

Men’s Ministry: We have a Men’s Breakfast once a month-usually on the first Saturday of the month- with lots of bacon and green chil, as well as ministry by our pastor, Bryan Hackett.  And, yes, we also read, hear a testimony, and/or pray for each other!  The meetings are posted on the calendar.

Monthly Food Pantry: On the third Friday of each month, woodsEnd believers minister to the community needs by hosting a ‘food pantry’ where the needy can come and receive a food box, kind prayer and ministry.  If you or your family is in need of food please feel welcome!
